Sanctuary, Inc. is asking the community to tap into the holiday spirit a few months early this year.
The Christmas in July donation drive is organized to collect items for the Sanctuary, Inc. emergency shelter. Needed items include ethnic haircare products, deodorant, plus-size clothing, women’s shoes, full-size bed sheets, bar soap (sensitive and regular), lotion, sports bras (all sizes), chapstick, ponytail holders, caddies for shower or bath items, kitchen utensils, measuring cups and spoons, and food storage containers (various sizes).
Donations can be dropped off at Sanctuary, Inc. front office, where donors have the opportunity to take a photos with a summer-themed Christmas tree decorated by staff.
